The hotel was comfortable and had all the facilities needed, including a free mini bar and a recently opened shopping mall nearby. The staff was efficient and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The La Palette restaurant felt like an all-inclusive buffet rather than a real restaurant and could be improved. the hotel lacked a 220V socket in the room and room service was only available until 11:00 pm.

The swimming pool and spa are top quality, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better room with great facilities, and the breakfast was delicious!

The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and the staff was very nice. The hotel had a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely bathroom.

The spa on the property was only for men. The massage therapists who came to the room found the bed uncomfortable, and we ended up on the floor.

I was amazed by the level of service at Grand Mayfull. As a part of a big group, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, from helping with shopping deliveries to fulfilling individual requests. The housekeeping was excellent, ensuring our rooms were always clean and tidy. The hotel's beautiful artwork and Christmas decorations added a local touch. Although not in the central area, taxis were easy to find, and the helpful staff assisted us in getting around. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable stay.

We had a luxurious stay here with exclusive amenities like electric curtains and top-notch sound insulation that provided a peaceful night's sleep. The room had a well-designed layout and was equipped with modern fixtures in the washroom. The staff provided exceptional and prompt service. The restaurant served delicious in-room breakfast that exceeded our expectations.

Although the Spa & wellness centre is excellent for men, we were disappointed that it was not available for women. It would have been great to experience the spa services and facilities within the hotel.
